Who Should Attend the User Conference?
You should attend the OSIsoft UC 2008 if you are:
- An Enterprise Agreement executive from a company that has already standardized on the PI System enterprise-wide.
- In-house development or application staff of an EA
- PI System user at the operational level
- Prospective user of a PI System, looking for orientation and introduction to the OSIsoft environment
- Channel Partner management and staff
Alert! 2008 Conference Space Is Very Limited
This year's conference can only accommodate a total of 400 attendees, and we're already seeing a large number of registrations. Please act now to avoid disappointment - we do not expect any seats will remain unclaimed. The conference may sell out a month or more in advance. Once all slots are filled, limited seating capacity means no more can be offered.

If your company is an OSIsoft EA partner, please contact your EPM for information about the special Pre- and Post- Conference Events open to EA's only.
What is the cost?
The conference rate is US $1,895. Onsite registration (if available) will cost US $2,195.
If your company is registering more than 5 attendees, you can register in a group and receive a 10% discount. If your company registers more than 10 attendees, you can register as a group and receive a 20% discount. Quantity discounts apply to the conference registration fee only. Guests and Spouses can join us at a rate of $150. These guests may not attend conference sessions but can join us for evening events and will receive two complimentary tours and a special guest breakfast.
Learning Labs: $395 per session
What's Included
Your conference registration payment will cover conference materials, conference sessions, event giveaways, program meals and special events. The registration fee does not cover hotel rooms or incidentals.
Room Rate
OSIsoft has negotiated special room rates for the conference. The discounted rate is 225 Euro, plus 5% city tax. Please click on Hotel & Travel for more information.
Payment
You can pay by credit card or mail a payment for your Purchase Order so that it is received by September 22, 2008. Note that payment must be received by OSIsoft before your registration is complete.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations received by September 22, 2008 must be received in writing via email to: UC2008@OSIsoft.com and will not be charged a fee. Confirmed registrants who cancel within one month or do not attend will be charged the full amount. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you forward us written notification no later than two weeks prior to the conference.
Hospitality Desk
Throughout your stay, the OSIsoft User Conference Hospitality Desk will be located in the Atrium Foyer at the Moevenpick Hotel. Our staff will be able to provide you with updates and answers to questions.
